In addition to driving trains players can use the World Editor to create custom routes and scenarios. Once expert controls are activated players can choose to play the new career mode with 50 scenarios in which scores are tracked and can be compared with others across the world. Once players master simple controls they can move on to expert controls.

Railworks starts players off with a simple control set up and features a new interface upgrade to help new players learn to drive. All of the routes have been carefully recreated with accurate signaling and signage. Each route contains scenarios ranging from easy, medium, to hard in difficulty. Players can choose between eight different routes, 5 real world, 3 Fictional. All of the locomotives have been carefully researched and modeled to stunning accuracy. From the present day diesel and electric locomotives to the giants of the steam age, Railworks 2 has tons of engines for players to learn to operate.
Meet the Challenge Railworks 2 is really more simulation than game as it lets you drive an accurately re-created selection of trains though real life scenarios. Did this a few hours ago so I hope to get an answer.Train Simulator.

I was able to post on a blog from one of the Danish makers on how to go about getting them. The problem lies with where several of the rolling stock is hosted where you can't make an account.
Mavadelo have you downloaded the North Europe ? It seems impossible to register on this site DanTrain-Sim.dk Yes I have, I downloaded it from where you can make a account (google translate plug in does a great job translating the site to english). Don't think just downloading and installing a freeware route means having a new route to play lolĬheck this topic on the old (I think they are the old) forums of steam Problem is the amount of other freeware (and often payware too) that you need to hunt down to have the routes working not to mention scenery packs, sound packs and things like that. Some sites might have you need google translate if you don't speak french or german or italian etc but there are tons of freeware routes out there. Check the sites mentiioned and check google for the routes I just mentioned.
